All participants must submit completed registration forms. Online registration is possible on this web site.

The registration fee for members and non members includes:
- access to all sessions
- access to the exhibition area
- scientific programme
- conference bag
- coffee and tea during breaks
- lunches
- welcome reception / excursion to the Old Town (August 23)
- conference dinner at Varna Mansion (August 24)
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:
- welcome reception / excursion to the Old Town (August 23)
- conference dinner at Varna Mansion (August 24)
Tickets are required for the social events. Please indicate on the registration, if you wish to participate - also for events, which are incl. in the registration fee.
Payment
Payment must be in DKK and must be made by cheque drawn on "Danske Bank", by bank transfer or by credit card. Please state your name, address and "SSPD2012" on all documents.
Cancellation refund policy
Cancelling must be in writing and sent to KongresKompagniet. In case of cancellation no later than July 1 the full amount less a cancellation fee of DKK 500 will be refunded. In case of cancellation after July 1, no refund will be made. Refund claims must include name of the bank, bank address, IBAN, S.w.i.f.t. / BIC code, account number and name of the account owner for money transfers. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Accommodation
KongresKompagniet has made preliminary hotel reservations in different categories in the city centre. Please state your preference on the registration form. In order to obtain the specified prices, your reservation must be made through KongresKompagniet. The hotels are booked on a first come, first served basis. Payment for accommodation must be made directly to the hotel upon departure.
Confirmation of your registration and hotel reservation
KongresKompagniet will send you a confirmation of your registration and hotel reservation upon receipt of your registration form and registration fee. Please bring along these receipts for presentation at the registration desk on your arrival.
Change of hotel reservation
If you wish to change your hotel reservation, date of arrival or date of departure, we ask you kindly to contact KongresKompagniet and not the hotel.
