Welcome
On behalf of the Scandinavian Society for Prosthetic Dentistry (SSPD) the organizing committee proudly invites you to join us in Gothenburg for the 51st annual meeting to be held from 16th to 18th August 2023.
We welcome all dentists and scientists from the Nordic Countries that have an interest in restorative dentistry and prosthodontics to participate in this meeting to learn more about implant supported prosthodontics together with fellow collogues and friends.
The theme for the meeting is “New perspectives on dental implant prosthetics: advances in research and clinical aspects” and the program will focus on clinical outcome, tissue reactions and future techniques. We have invited some of the worlds most appreciated scientist and clinicians in this field.

Dear colleagues,
It is a pleasure to warmly welcome you to the 50th annual SSPD meeting in Aarhus, Denmark.
It has been 10 years since the last SSPD meeting was held in Aarhus. Digital dentistry has since revolutionized the diagnosis, planning, and treatment in dentistry. The 50 years anniversary of SSPD meeting in 2022 coincides with 50 years of digital dentistry history. During this scientific meeting, the invited world-class speakers will present the latest updates on both tooth- and implant-supported prosthodontic rehabilitation using conventional and digital technology.
We look forward to welcoming you again to beautiful Aarhus city (www.visitaarhus.com) and hope that you will enjoy both the scientific and the social program and interactions with Scandinavian and international prosthodontists.
